Hello ICS community,
I am the proud parent of Chris, a client of ICS since 2005. I am honored to be able to “chat” with you, via this email, about the incredible services that ICS continues to provide for our son and all clients.
What strikes me about ICS’ services is that its very dedicated staff work hard to provide support for participants to lead full lives, such as social clubs in our community or going for walks in nature, supporting healthy living in our beautiful county.
The message I particularly wanted share with you is how ICS has also enriched our own lives and reduced the anxiety and challenges that my husband and I faced alone before ICS. We continue to have a “Team B" for everything from on-the-job support to weekly visits in his home to make sure all is safe in his living environment, to accompanying him to frequent doctor visits.
I know that many of us continue to experience strained budgets, but I am willing to forgo some dinners out and other wants to make a meaningful contribution to ICS’ request for donations. I am really hoping you can join me in supporting “Team B” for all of our ICS clients and families.
